Jems Challenge...

Hi guys, every couple of weeks I get together 'virtually' with all of my Stampin Up family and we make challange cards! This is a challenge card that has just been set by the lovely Julie!

The challenge is MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME

I found this really difficult, although I made in about 15 minutes!! I have used the brown paper as that sort of reminded me of my living room wallpaper! lol


I have made this card using the wonderful 'Love Stories' scrappin kit! Its a wonderful colour combination and has the most beautiful self adhesive die cuts!
I have also used the Circle of Friendship stamp set with of course my gorgeous scallop circle and circle punches! I don't know how I ever crafted without them!!

2 Challenges in 1!

Good Monday everyone,
I hope you are all having a wonderful day.....or as good as can be for a Monday! At least its over for another week, and its bank holiday next weekend!! Woohoo!!
Tonight I am entering 1 card for 2 challenges. This card is the 1st card example that I will be making in my new 'Playful Petals' workshop which will be taking place in May! Keep watching as more details and piccies will follow shortly!
1st challenge is Papertake Weekly which this week was 'Spots & Stripes. The 2nd challenge is Mojo Monday which is the sketch featured below...

Papertake Challenge ...Dawny's Sketch #13

Happy Friday everyone!

I had an order to make today so used a challenge sketch to help with my inspiration. I have used Papertake Weekly Challenge, the sketch is below...

I really enjoyed making this card and used some of my gorgeous new papers I got on the weekend!

The card was for a friend of mine to give to her sister, I gave it to her today and she loved it! She was showing it to everyone in the office, which is lovely to see.

Ribbon - Certainly Celery Grosgrain (Stampin Up)
Sentiment - Cheers & Wishes (Stampin Up)

Name on card has been printed on computer. Crystals added to finish off!

CPS Sketches - CPS112

Well I hope you are all having a fabulous week so far in the fantastic sunshine!

Here is my entry...

For this card I have used the following items:

DSP - Sweet Always
Card stock - Only Orange & Pretty in Pink - Bold Brights
Stamps - Playful Petals and Oval All
Punches - Large Oval, Scallop Oval, Boho Blossoms
Ribbon - Pumpkin Pie Grosgrain Ribbon

I am quite please with this card, but would probably use Pink Passion if I did it again. I have also decorated a tin using the same colour scheme and materials.

I hope you like. I am very excited as I am nearing the 3,000 hits mark so am currently searching for some fab blog candy to give away, so keep watching!!

Hello everyone, I am so sorry I have been such a bad blogger so far this April. I have been so busy with work! I am going to Ally Pally tomorrow so hopefully that will get me back in the swing of things!
